Janet Marie (Kathcart) Waters, 63, of Kuttawa, passed away Friday, July 9, 2021, at her home. She retired from Pennyroyal Mental Health Home Care after 20 years of service. She was a Christian of the Baptist faith and enjoyed farming, gardening, and raising baby calves. Janet enjoyed hard work and loved looking after the Martin family.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Orvel and Opal Duree Kathcart; and one brother, Edward Kathcart.
